Description
The client is hiring an SAP Basis Administrator to maintain and operate a complex SAP system landscape. Responsibilities include monitoring systems and interfaces, resolving incidents, managing system updates and security patches, coordinating with hosting providers and SAP stakeholders, administering SAP HANA and MaxDB databases, and supporting backup, restore, recovery, and user and license management. The role also contributes to S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, and OData projects. Candidates need an IT degree or comparable qualification, several years of SAP Basis experience, service-provider management experience, secure German, and fluent written and spoken English. The position offers flexible hours, a 60% home-office share, training, and additional benefits, with work locations in Augsburg, Nuremberg, Leipzig, Hamburg, or Stuttgart.
