Mars is hiring a hybrid SAP Basis Sr. Analyst in Guararema, São Paulo, to govern an external Application Management Services partner and oversee SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW on Hana, MDG, CFIN, and PaPM support. The role leads incident and problem management, preventive maintenance, infrastructure setup, SLA/KPI governance, and executive communication during critical incidents. Candidates need at least five years of SAP Basis experience, vendor-management expertise, knowledge of RISE with SAP and hybrid cloud environments, database and operating-system experience, and fluent English.
