Sungrow is hiring a full-time ERP Operations Specialist to provide SAP S/4HANA production support, troubleshoot ERP issues, manage support tickets, support sales, procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance processes, assist with configuration and system changes, and maintain master data and reporting. The role requires 2–4 years of ERP operations or business systems support experience, inventory and master-data experience, Excel proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. It is based in Phoenix, Arizona or Southern California, requires 20–30% travel, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
