Description
The SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead will own the end-to-end data migration workstream for complex international SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion projects. The role defines migration strategy, governance, quality controls, cutover readiness, and delivery approaches; coordinates profiling, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, mock migrations, and production cutover; advises clients and project teams; and leads consultants and client-side teams. The position requires at least seven years of SAP data migration or transformation experience, strong SAP S/4HANA and master-data knowledge, familiarity with migration tools, and the ability to work with senior international stakeholders. It is based in Budapest with office presence twice per week and requires international travel when needed.
