Element is hiring an SAP FI-CA & Mexico Localization Lead to design, configure, validate, and deliver Mexico-specific regulatory and statutory requirements within the SAP FICA framework. The role covers SAP DRC, CFDI 4.0 e-invoicing, SAT reporting, IVA and ISR tax configuration, PAC integration, C2C business processes, data migration, compliance testing, and knowledge transfer. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of SAP experience including eight years in SAP FI-CA in an S/4 HANA environment, and mandatory hands-on Mexico DRC implementation experience. The position is based in Toronto and offers a base salary of 111,100–152,800 annually plus potential incentives and benefits.
