Description
The SAP HCM Consultant will support the digitalization and modernization of an energy and utilities company’s HR system landscape. Responsibilities include developing and adapting SAP HR systems, analyzing and optimizing personnel processes, customizing and implementing new requirements, delivering HR IT projects, supporting SuccessFactors updates, and providing second- and third-level support, testing, and error analysis. The role requires a degree in business informatics or a comparable IT-focused qualification, several years of SAP HCM technical configuration experience, knowledge of HR processes, and very good German skills. Work locations include Bamberg, Berlin, Bremen, Dortmund, and Freiburg, with 60% home office availability.
