Description
The SAP HCM Consultant will develop concepts and solutions for a modern HR system landscape, customize SAP HCM—especially PT and PY—implement business requirements, advise internal stakeholders, support implementations, and lead SAP HCM projects from conception through go-live. The role also involves analyzing and optimizing HR processes, integrating interfaces, and monitoring HCM trends. It requires a degree in business informatics or an equivalent qualification, proven SAP HCM expertise, initial project experience such as an S/4HANA migration, and very good German skills. The position is available in Dortmund, Augsburg, Memmingen, Bonn, or Karlsruhe and offers flexible working hours and home-office solutions.
