Charisma-Tec GmbH is hiring an SAP HCM Consultant with project responsibility in Stolberg, Rhineland, to lead SAP HCM projects focused on Payroll and Master Data. The role includes consulting, process analysis and optimization, independent customization, cloud strategy, interface integration, stakeholder workshops, and support for recruiting and portfolio expansion. Applicants need a relevant degree, several years of SAP HCM consulting experience, strong PY and PA/OM knowledge, cloud and integration understanding, strong communication skills, a class B driver’s license, and very good German.
