Description
The SAP HCM Developer will support software development in the SAP HCM environment using ABAP and ABAP-OO, including designing and customizing reports, function modules, BAdIs, interfaces, configurations, and authorizations. The role also covers requirement analysis, technical concepts, testing, HR process optimization, and future on-premise-to-BTP implementations. It is a permanent full-time position based in Essen with 90% remote work, flexible hours, and an immediate start or by arrangement.
