Description
The SAP HCM Developer will provide technical consulting and develop complex SAP HCM applications for customers, including reports, dialogs, interfaces, forms, ABAP, ABAP OO, WebDynpro, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, and OData. The role also covers requirements analysis, integration and system testing, SAP HCM ESS/MSS support, third-level support, and possible partial technical or project leadership. Candidates need several years of SAP ABAP and ABAP OO experience, HR business-process knowledge, a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification, and excellent German language skills. The position offers a fixed salary of up to €80,000 per year plus profit-sharing and company participation, with a home-office contract providing 100% remote work.
