T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an SAP HCM Expert Developer to handle user and HR key-user incidents and support technical implementation of new requirements. The role focuses on ABAP development, including classical and object-oriented programming, enhancement frameworks, function modules, business application programming interfaces, user exits, reports, transactions, system patches, LSMW, WebDynpro, and SAP HCM forms. The specialist-level position requires 3–5 years of SAP HCM programming and development experience, along with knowledge of interfaces, SAP Workflow Management, and related HCM technologies.
