Description
The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions, with a primary focus on SAP HCM Payroll. The role requires at least 7.5 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience, proficiency in payroll processing and compliance, customization of payroll modules, troubleshooting, system integration, performance optimization, and data accuracy. The engineer will also collaborate with multiple teams, make technical decisions, lead process improvements, and mentor junior team members. The position is based at the BDC7A - SEZ location and requires 15 years of full-time education.
