AXA Germany is hiring a software developer for its SAP ICM team to develop and implement SAP FS-ICM-based incentive and commission management solutions from conception through go-live. The role collaborates with Requirements Engineers, uses pair programming, code reviews, and Clean Code principles, develops functional, integration, and regression test automation, and integrates AI-supported solutions. Candidates need a degree or equivalent technical training, software development experience, SAP or Java knowledge, German and English communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
