Description
Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a multi-year, multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation for a major energy company. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, governance, financial and risk management, multi-vendor coordination, workstream alignment, quality assurance, executive stakeholder engagement, and coaching multinational PM/PMO and delivery teams. It requires at least 10 years of SAP project management experience, leadership of a global SAP program with 100+ participants, strong SAP S/4HANA architecture and governance expertise, CxO-level communication, cultural adaptability, and business-level Japanese and English.
