NTT DATA Business Solutions is hiring a full-time or part-time SAP Project Lead / Program Manager – Transformation across Germany. The role analyzes processes and systems and designs and implements solutions for SAP data migration, separation, consolidation, SLO projects, and S/4HANA conversions. Responsibilities include system consolidation, carve-out, merger, selective data transition, data migration, reorganization, data cleansing, harmonization, retention, and transition-scenario design. Candidates need an academic degree or comparable IT-related vocational training, ideally three or more years of SAP project leadership or transformation experience, SAP module knowledge, and experience with IT and SAP. The role requires German and English communication, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel two to three days per week for customer assignments.
