The role requires at least 10 years of formal education and 8–10 years of SAP project management experience, along with hands-on S/4HANA and AMS support expertise, stakeholder and change-management capabilities, team leadership, requirement-gathering, effort estimation, and customer-support responsibilities. The position also requires flexibility for extended support during critical situations.
