The role manages and develops SAP SD and non-SAP application services, supports business partners with process optimization and new development, coordinates internal colleagues and external IT providers, contributes to SAP S/4 and AMS projects, and provides second- and third-level support. It requires a degree in informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification, several years of consulting and application-management experience, SAP SD expertise, logistics-process knowledge, IT service-management understanding, and project-management experience.
