Description
Zensar is hiring an SAP SD Consultant to support Application Management Services engagements for global SAP SD landscapes. The role provides L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, configuration changes, release and transport support, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. It requires 3–5+ years of AMS or support experience, strong SAP SD functional expertise across order-to-cash processes, ITIL and SLA experience, and familiarity with ticketing tools; S/4HANA, global rollout, output management, and SAP SD certification are preferred. The position operates in a 24x7, SLA-driven environment and may require shift-based support.
