BA Business Advice is hiring an SAP Service Manager to oversee the application management service operations for an assigned customer portfolio. The role serves as the primary customer contact, develops service relationships, plans service meetings, maintains service reporting and runbooks, coordinates with consulting and service teams, manages service requests and corrective actions, and executes service projects. Candidates should have service or consulting experience, ideally in SAP or AMS, strong German communication skills, basic SAP and ITIL knowledge, and experience with service, ticketing, reporting, and SLA tools.
