The employer is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant to independently and collaboratively implement SAP SuccessFactors customer projects across all phases, including analysis, design, data migration, development, customization, testing, go-live, and hypercare. The role covers HR and HXM business-process optimization, functional and technical specifications, system adjustments, application integration, customer support, workshops, training, and presales. Candidates need SAP SuccessFactors and Customizing experience, business-process analysis expertise, strong HR/HXM knowledge, communication and teamwork skills, a relevant degree, and very good German with good English. The position offers flexible home-office or office work, training, and an annual target salary of up to €115,000, with travel to customer projects in Germany of up to 40% on average.
