Description
Arvato is hiring an SAP Support Analyst to provide first-line SAP support, manage incidents, write and manage functional specifications, identify process and data issues, and recommend improvements across order-to-cash, procurement-to-pay, inventory, and warehousing. The role also supports SAP implementations, upgrades, training, and continuous improvement. It requires at least five years of SAP support or implementation experience, ABAP and debugging experience, and WM expertise, with SD, MM, IM, LES, Mobisys, IDoc, QM, and ITIL qualifications preferred or advantageous. The position is based in Ontario, California, with a salary of $95,000–$105,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability pay, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
