Description
The organization is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager in LATAM to lead technical and functional upgrades of existing SAP landscapes, including ECC and S/4HANA version upgrades, SPS/FPS, and enhancement packs. The role owns end-to-end planning, execution, testing, cutover, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, and release validation while coordinating distributed Basis, Functional, ABAP, Security, and Testing teams. It requires at least five years of SAP project management experience with direct SAP upgrade ownership and familiarity with LATAM nearshore/offshore delivery models; regulated-environment and SAP AMS transition experience are preferred.
