Description
The role provides SAP user support, monitors SAP systems, handles exceptions, supports colleagues with SAP-process questions, coordinates information between users, IT, and other departments, reviews and optimizes workflows, and contributes to the development of related systems such as technician dispatch planning and mobile data capture. The position requires a technical or commercial qualification, SAP user knowledge, process-documentation and optimization experience, and a solution-oriented approach. It is based in Münster-Sarmsheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, and offers an indefinite employment contract with various employee benefits.
