Voyager Technologies is hiring a SAR Data Exploitation Program Manager to lead radar subject-matter experts and machine learning engineers developing automated target recognition software for moving and stationary objects in Synthetic Aperture Radar data. The role requires engineering-team leadership, SAR phenomenology and signal-processing expertise, deep neural-network experience, executive communication, technical proposal writing, business-development support, team mentoring and performance evaluation, stakeholder relationship management, and physics simulation with simulation-to-real-world bias correction. An active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance and U.S. Person eligibility are required. The California-based salary range is $200,000 to $270,000 USD, with health benefits, bonus potential, paid time off, retirement savings, and wellness benefits.
