Neighbourly Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Saskatchewan Relief Pharmacist to travel province-wide and provide pharmacy services in urban, rural, and remote communities. The role includes clinical patient care, medication reviews, chronic disease management, care plan development, vaccinations, drug therapy monitoring, patient counseling, regulatory compliance, and daily pharmacy operations. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists and hold injection certification.
