Boeing is hiring an experienced Software Systems Engineer for its SATCOM Mission Planning Software Engineering team in Seal Beach, California. The role develops and maintains high-performance APIs, backend services, algorithms, interfaces, and designs; leads critical features through the full development lifecycle; and supports Agile, DevSecOps, automated testing, vulnerability scanning, and quality scanning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, an active U.S. DoD Secret Clearance, and at least three years of software development experience in space systems and ground segments using Python, Java, TypeScript, or FastAPI. It is 100% onsite, first-shift, and offers an experienced-level salary range of $143,100 to $174,900, with health insurance and other benefits available to eligible employees.
