SSC Space is hiring a permanent, full-time Satellite Operator for its Network Management Centre in Kiruna. The role monitors satellite passes, identifies deviations or technical problems, plans and coordinates satellite-contact activities, communicates with customers and colleagues, reports faults, and follows up on issues. The position works on a three-shift schedule and requires strong technical understanding, analytical ability, independent work, quick decision-making, and excellent spoken and written English. Experience in a control room or the space industry is an advantage, and the role is security-classified with a background check required.
