The Sauna Host at the Saunadorf in Lüdenscheid welcomes sauna guests, creates a pleasant atmosphere, conducts sauna infusions and ceremonies, handles first aid and safety, processes guest feedback, supports events and marketing, monitors and repairs sauna technology, and performs cleaning and disinfection. The role requires hospitality, customer orientation, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; first experience in swimming pools, saunas, gastronomy, or customer service is ideal.
