The Save Sales Representative handles inbound calls from prospects seeking to cancel an appointment or installation, identifies customer needs, explains ADT security and smart-home products, resolves issues, overcomes objections, and closes sales. The role requires customer service, technical support, onboarding, or call center experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
