Description
The SBA Credit Officer supports commercial, SBA, real estate, consumer, and commercial equipment lending by underwriting loan requests, analyzing credit and financial information, preparing credit files and presentations, recommending approval or non-approval, monitoring covenants and delinquencies, and supporting loan committee decisions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of commercial or SBA lending experience, with property cash-flow analysis, appraisal valuation, financial analysis, and credit underwriting expertise. Compensation is $54,800–$88,800 per year, with possible bonus, stock, commissions, and incentives, and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
