EagleBank is seeking an SBA Relationship Manager to generate new relationships and serve existing commercial clients. The role involves evaluating client needs, aligning them with suitable bank products, performing underwriting for transactions, presenting proposals for approval, and facilitating closings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of experience in SBA lending or portfolio management, strong financial analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A preference for individuals with a 7a Lender Diploma is also noted. This hybrid position requires working four days a week in Tysons Corner, VA.
