Description

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a SBAS Lead Program Management Analyst to lead the SBAS team responsible for maintaining and improving the Student and Exchange Visitor Program's business automation backbone, including SEVPAMS, RPA bots, a chatbot, and Tableau analytics. The role directs analysts and a technical writer/editor, manages taskings, strategic planning, communications, documentation, SharePoint repositories, meetings, reporting, and training, and partners with federal leadership. It requires at least eight years of administrative or program management experience, strong SharePoint and generative AI skills, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a favorable ICE background investigation. The salary range is $125,000-$155,000.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of experience in administrative or program management roles, with education potentially substituting for experience.
Experience managing section-level operations, tasking, strategic planning, and developing and reviewing templates, SOPs, articles, and presentations.
Experience managing SharePoint repositories and collaboration sites and using generative AI tools to create and revise content.
Experience leading and mentoring teams, briefing executives, and building stakeholder cooperation.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior SEVP experience and knowledge of SEVPAMS user units.
Familiarity with DHS/ICE documentation, records management, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
Knowledge of federal documentation, Section 508 accessibility, information assurance standards, and Tableau dashboards.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.
