Description
Dynamis is seeking a SBAS Program Management Analyst to support the business side of the Student and Exchange Visitor Program's automation portfolio. The role tracks taskings from intake to closure, maintains SOPs, templates, digital repositories, and SharePoint collaboration sites, supports meetings and action-item tracking, prepares activity and productivity reports, conducts initial quality reviews, and assists with training and documentation standards. The position requires at least three years of relevant administrative or program management experience, proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office, generative AI documentation experience, strong communication and review skills, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a favorable ICE background investigation. Prior SEVP experience, quality assurance and compliance review experience, Section 508 and information assurance knowledge, Dynamics 365 or Power Platform experience, and a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred. The salary range is $75,000-$115,000.
