KLR is hiring an SBS Supervisor for its Strategic Business Solutions Team in the Andover office on a flexible hybrid basis. The role serves as a client contact, leads accounting and tax engagements for privately held and family-owned businesses, prepares and reviews financial statements and tax returns, supports month-end and year-end close activities, coordinates engagement schedules, reviews junior work, and provides coaching. A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required, while approximately three years of recent public accounting experience and a blended accounting and tax background are preferred. The salary range is $90,000 to $120,000, with medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan included.
