Description
The role reviews and designs SCADA, EMS, GMS, and DTS architectures, including active-active Load Distribution Centers, database synchronization, failover logic, technical specifications, RFP requirements, and Emergency Control Center assessments. It requires an electrical, control, or computer engineering degree and at least five years of utility SCADA/EMS experience with Hitachi NM or equivalent, along with dual-site or disaster-recovery architecture experience; CIM knowledge is an advantage.
