The posting describes three SCADA technician levels supporting Toho Water Authority’s SCADA system for water, wastewater, lift stations, and reuse-distribution facilities. Responsibilities include asset management, network troubleshooting, PLC and HMI programming, diagnostics, patching, backups, documentation, vendor specifications, inventory management, training, and safety compliance. An associate’s degree in engineering, computer science, or electronics or four years of related experience is required, or six years of SCADA control-systems experience; a valid Florida Class E driver’s license is also required. ISA, SANS GIAC, ISA 62443, and ISA CAP certifications are desirable.
