Rumpke is hiring a Scale Operator to operate scales and related computer systems, weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles, record loads and payments, balance receipts, issue receipts, and maintain accurate facility records. The role also involves customer interaction, load acceptance, reporting, and coordination with haulers, temp agencies, and trailer leasing companies. It requires outdoor work in varying weather, frequent travel between customer locations, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and the ability to work overtime.
