Description
The role maintains and repairs scales, printers, labelers, metal-detection systems, HMIs, variable-frequency and servo drives, and other electronic equipment across a plant. It requires diagnosing and repairing equipment, understanding applicable state and federal scale codes, programming HMI software, installing and troubleshooting drives, and working with A/C and D/C electricity. The position also requires strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
