Randa is hiring a Scanner/Picker/Packer at 700 USA PKWY, Sparks, Nevada. The role picks products from shelves, scans items, assembles orders according to customer instructions, completes orders timely, follows safety and communication procedures, and may cross-train in other departments. The position offers paid on-the-job training, light lifting, consistent hours, and pays $19 per hour plus incentive, with a Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. schedule and overtime as required. High school completion or GED is required, while supply chain and logistics experience is preferred.
