On Event Production Co. is hiring an experienced Scenic Project Manager to lead scenic fabrication projects from workshop through onsite installation. The role acts as the senior onsite representative and main client contact, coordinates teams, contractors, and logistics, oversees safe and high-quality installation and snagging, maintains communication across workshop, production, and suppliers, and champions health and safety and environmental standards. The position requires experience delivering scenic fabrication or build-led event projects, strong workshop and installation knowledge, team leadership ability, organisational and communication skills, and a calm, solution-focused approach. It is based on a 37.5-hour week with flexibility for early starts, late finishes, and some weekend support, and includes a competitive salary, pension, bonus, and training opportunities.
