Description
The Schedule and Program Administrator serves as the central hub for coordinating and distributing over 100 weekly Vocal Arts schedules, including opera productions, concerts, recitals, classes, rehearsals, and meetings. The role manages studio lessons, room requests, schedule data and reporting, ASIMUT and academic schedules, release requests, departmental communications, and the Artistic Director’s calendar, while also supporting the Summer Voice program. It reports to the Administrative Director, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional experience in a performing arts organization or higher education institution, and usually works remotely one day per week during the academic year.
