Description
The Nurse Scheduler at Majestic Care of Deming Park is responsible for generating, managing, and updating master nurse schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts, and recommending efficient scheduling practices. This role involves advising leadership on staffing needs, serving as a liaison between departments, handling inquiries, validating PTO availability, maintaining attendance records, and utilizing computer software for schedule management. The scheduler must also handle time-clock punches and occasionally work on the floor.
