Majestic Care of Fairfield is seeking a Scheduler (QMA/CNA) responsible for generating, managing, and updating master nurse schedules. The role involves fulfilling staffing vacancies, recommending improved scheduling practices, advising leadership on staffing needs, serving as a liaison between departments, handling inquiries, validating PTO availability, maintaining attendance records, coordinating floor orientations, checking time clock punches, signing time correction forms, and utilizing computer software for schedule management. The position requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations, and occasionally working on the floor.
