Scheduler at Holder Construction

Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Scheduler for its Columbus, Ohio project. The role manages large-scale construction schedules using CPM and Primavera P6, maintains baselines and resource loads, analyzes critical paths and time impacts, prepares schedule reports, coordinates with clients and project stakeholders, and mentors junior schedulers. The position requires substantial commercial construction management or scheduling experience, familiarity with the construction process, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a large team environment.
