Scheduler at Holder Construction

Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Scheduler for its Scheduling team in Richmond, Virginia. The role manages large-scale construction schedules using CPM and Primavera P6, maintains baselines and resource loads, analyzes critical paths and time impacts, prepares client and project deliverables, coordinates with owners and subcontractors, and mentors junior schedulers. The position requires substantial commercial construction management or scheduling experience, familiarity with the construction process, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a large team environment.
