Description
Right at Home is hiring a Scheduler to coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers, build relationships with clients and staff, resolve scheduling challenges, balance client needs with caregiver availability, and participate in on-call and holiday rotations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of business experience, strong organization and communication skills, independent judgment, and availability for on-call duty outside normal office hours. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour depending on experience, with paid time off, sick leave, training, and professional development opportunities.
