Description
Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Scheduler/Project Controls Lead to support capital projects across its portfolio. The role is primarily remote with up to 50% travel and is split between approximately 70% hands-on scheduling and 30% project controls leadership. Responsibilities include developing owner-controlled schedules, integrating contractor and internal work, validating schedules, forecasting milestones, analyzing schedule and cost impacts, supporting outages and commissioning, and mentoring project teams. The position requires at least 7 years of capital project experience, strong CPM, cost-control, forecasting, and change-management knowledge, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and related tools. Compensation is estimated at $110,000–$150,000 per year, with variable pay possible.
