Security Services Northwest, Inc. is hiring an on-site Security Operations Center (SOC) Dispatcher in Sequim, Washington. The role handles customer and employee scheduling communications, resolves schedule issues, coordinates with field supervision, builds schedules, tracks attendance, maintains records, and generates reports. It is available for full-time, part-time, swing, or night shifts and pays $22 per hour for day or swing shifts, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a clean criminal and driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, typing ability of at least 30 WPM, Microsoft Office familiarity, and strong communication and multitasking skills.
