Description
Transcom is hiring a Scheduling Analyst for its Pasig site to maintain optimized schedules, manage roster and WFM systems, support short-term planning, and coordinate with real-time analysis and operations teams. The role requires a university degree or equivalent, at least one year of forecasting and scheduling experience, at least two years as a real-time analyst, extensive RTA and scheduling experience across at least two WFM systems, and strong Excel skills.
