Description
The Scheduling & Events Coordinator manages meeting and event scheduling, customer service, event logistics, equipment and staffing coordination, and compliance for the Hill Student Center and its outdoor spaces. The role also supports facility operations, policy enforcement, revenue goals, statistical reporting, program evaluations, and may directly supervise student event assistants and other paraprofessional staff. A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field plus one year of related experience is required, with hourly pay of $19.23–$20.19.
